Return Policy

NOTE:

Most goods are shipped to you direct from China. Shipping costs are based on the current rates of carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc. Please note, that all packages ship from warehouse in China via air mail within five business day after reception of payment, BUT it may take about 6-12 days for processing of your order and dispatch from our Chinese warehouses. Also it may take 14-21 business day to receive the pack, depending on the post office and the location though 5-10 days are usual. If you think the processing is taking too long - i.e. you have been in "processing" for over 12 days, please send us an email to inquire about the process of your order and we will be glad to assist you. Shipping is not included in the item prices: you need to use the online system to generate a shipping quote for your order. Please put the desired number of items in your cart and follow the checkout screens to select a courier option and preview shipping prices. The shipping charges for orders are calculated automatically depending on the total weight of your order. You can go back and make changes to your cart or courier selection at any time. Very Important! Orders shipped to another country may be subject to taxes, duty, brokerage fees, etc. which are not part of the shipping charges that we collect. We have no control over these charges and are unable to collect them. Please contact your local Post Office and/or customs office for details of these charges.

RETURNS:

Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. In over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them for repair or replacement under the manufacturers twelve month warranty. It may still be possible for you to return a faulty product directly to PixOnGifts.com and get a replacement sent directly to you, but first this needs to be discussed with the person who was responsible for the original order with PixOnGifts.com. We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know.

We offer a 7 day Satisfaction Guarantee, Dependig on Situation, IN-Store Credit will be issued. Starting the 1st day delivery is reported from the shipping carrier. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and will not be refunded for any reason. Products returned must be in resalable condition. When receiving a refund, please allow at least 5-15 working days from the receipt of the returned package for a refund to be processed. All products must be returned in their original packaging.
